What a nice add to my new trailer and tire. It was easy to install and had all the hardware I needed. The one upgrade that I did was to get some rubber that went in between the brackets and the frame. I have done this before with other trailer so that it protects the frame and bracket from rusting. One of the best buys out there and you can't go wrong, later Jim.

Used on a vintage Boler trailer. Bumper (which is part of the frame) is 1.2 x 3 steel. As the body of the trailer is only 2.5" from the bumper had to buy different U bolts from the local Coop Ag Centre. Could have cut the originals but chose to get new. Still used one of the originals on the bottom (see photo) so held on with three U bolts. Seems very sturdy and the tire does not move. Was disappointed to see that although Amazon says "Two year warranty" in the description, fail to mention this is only warrantied in the USA by the manufacturer. Amazon warranty would still apply.

Der Halter macht was er soll, er trägt das Reserverad und ist leicht anzubringen. Die Qualität ist allerdings typisch Amerikanisch, schlecht. Die Schweißnähte sind schlecht ausgeführt und nicht sauber verputzt, die Verzinkung ist mangelhaft und der Halter rostet an den Stellen bereits. Ich werde das nacharbeiten denn für meinen Anhänger ist er die perfekte Lösung. Drei Sterne auf Grund der schlechten Qualität und des hohen Preises.

Needed a spare wheel mounted on 2021 21’ Sea Doo Switch pontoon trailer. Space is limited on this trailer application and this spare wheel mount fit perfectly. No problem launching or retrieving the boat with this item installed. Seems to be built fairly well.

The spare tire carrier is a good one. I made a mistake and put it in the wrong place and broke the tail light on my truck when backing up. So be careful where you mount it. Holds my tire securely. I had to cut a block of wood to put under the front lip because my trailer has an L shape across the top. I used treated wood so I wont have to replace it in the future.

This is a very heavy duty and well-made Spare tire holder. I have tried others in the past with my particular trailer and all of them seem to get in the way of some component on the trailer making it almost impossible to remove and install the tire.Being that this one is offset it makes it perfect to keep the tire away from the ratcheting crank and off of the trailer neck as well.The included nuts bolts and other accessories seem heavy duty and fit perfectly. I used an impact driver to make sure everything was good and tight when putting it on. I have use this for a while now with great results.I would definitely recommend this to anyone with the trailer needing to your house a spare tire conveniently

This spare tire mount fit perfectly on my 3" x 5" Boat Trailer frame and was able to mount my 15" spare tire (6 lug pattern). The picture I took is after I had put on a protective cover (sorry). The only 2 gripes I have are 1: The retaining washers are obnoxious and difficult to install (not sure why they don't have these pre-installed) and 2: The retaining bolts are not standard lug threaded so you can't use lug-nuts to retain the tire (and can't use the nuts that retain the tire as spare lug-nuts). For these reasons, I deducted one Star. I will have to see how the mount holds up to the elements over time. I placed it far enough forwards that it won't be in water at all when I launch and retrieve my boat.
