This item is accurately represented in the photos and description. Basically, it's a shift lever extender for increased leverage and micro movement. Super easy to install and all mounting hardware is included. The look is great too - one of those little details that add a little something. the machine work is high quality and the fit is perfect. Neat piece that actually improves shifting.

Seems odd that the upper hole is threaded 5/15x18 when the factory shiter is 5/16x24. The bolt included for bottom is 5/16x24 but top not threaded to accept factory linkage.

I can't tell if it's making finding neutral any easier or not but at least it looks good. The aftermarket linkage I was running was too long after I installed this. Luckily, I had a different aftermarket linkage which was adjustable to shorten up and fit.
