The Water Tite Roof Flashing is constructed of a galvanized steel base to prevent rust and cracking. The elastomeric collar creates a secure-tight seal around the vent pipe due to its flexibility. The collar is also ultraviolet, ozone and weather resistant. Designed to direct water away from critical areas on the roof and prevent penetrations The roof flashing fits 1-1/4 inch, 1-1/2 inch, 2 inch and 3 inch pipes. Compatible with any roof pitch up to a 45-degree angle. Certified by the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) for product safety.

- The rubber collar on this IPS flashing is superior to the Oatey and other brands.- metal flashing is superior to plastic (it just is...)- price is rightOk, there is a "lifetime" grade "ultimate pipe flashing" boot that is seriously an amazingly well-designed product. It's just a little expensive, but maybe you just want to go that route.However - if you want to make this IPS flashing last forever, just put a Permaboot over it from the beginning. The net cost of both flashings is half the price of the "ultimate" product. I painted my Permaboots and metal flashing brown to match my new shingles and they disappear into the roof - SO much better than that dirty white PVC pipe looked.

The picture of product is not accurate and so I returned this item as product did NOT include the “tube”- (white) sticking out of the top!

It's a 3-in-1 not a 4-in-one. The description says it's compatible with 1 1/4" but the minimum size on this product is 1 1/2".
