The first vacuum broke within 6 months so I contacted the customer support and they replied quickly. Since they do not have parts, they told me to purchased a new vacuum on Amazon again and they’ll refund me. However they did not get back to me even after a multiple follow up. DO NOT BUY THIS VACCUM. Worst customer service.

Fantastic vacuum! I have two now. It’s lightweight, the battery ast throughout my two story home. Has plenty of suction power, and the whole entire thing is so portable. I love all the attachments. I bought the first one years ago and it’s still going strong. I just wanted another one for upstairs. These things last for very long time very durable.

I thought it would be better. The battery runs out very quickly and even more if you vacuum carpets, I have a little dog and it vacuums well but I have to charge it several times. And the battery is a bit heavy and after a while it hurts your arm a little bit.
