1. What should I do If it sounds as though there is loose components in the device?

• Actually, it's not a serious problem, please don't worry at all. You only need to tighten the screws on the rear panel, thus everything would be fine.
• We can assure you that our devices had gone through multiple inspection processes to ensure its good condition, before shipping to Amazon Fulfillment Center.
• If there were a problem of loose nuts, it would be highly likely caused by bumps and collisions due to the long-distance transport or imprudently package delivery.

2. Bluetooth can't work. Please make sure you have followed the steps below to debug.

• First, you need to check whether the bluetooth mode is turned on (when it is turned on, the screen displays BLUE).
• If it is not turned on, you need to press the "MODE" button until the screen displays "BLUE", then turn on the bluetooth of your cellphone to connect the name "BT".
• Generally, we suggest the cellphone comes in the first place to connect if you use the bluetooth. (Kindly note that our mini amplifier cannot connect to the Echo.)

3. If you find that the Bluetooth connection is unstable, you can try the following steps to solve it.

• First, make sure there are no obstacles (especially metals) blocking the signal.
• Then turn off the power amplifier, disconnect and clear the connection of the Bluetooth transmitting device, and try to reconnect.
• Please put the LED indicator side of the amplifier facing your phone and keep the distance within 30ft (10m) between the phone and amplifier. But if you are connecting whith TV or PC devices, please keep the distance within 15ft (5m).

4. Can you connect two devices with bluetooth?

• No, connecting two at the same time will cause the audio stream to be disrupted. It can only be disconnected and then connected to other devices.

5. Can Bluetooth function and wired connection be used simultaneously?

• Please note that the Bluetooth function and the wired function cannot work at the same time. So please don't connect any device to the wire jack when you want to use the amplifier via Bluetooth function, then delete the bluetooth from you phone, re-start the amplifier and then reconnect the bluetooth.

6. What wattage or size of speakers recommended?

• The rated power for BT-298 Pro Amp is 50Wx2. If the rated power of your speaker is much greater, I'm afraid there wouldn't be any sound coming out, or even worse your speaker got burned.
• If you push it too hard, you can overdrive the amp and cause it to deliver the amount of power that is higher than its actual power rating, which leads to clipping, which could damage both your speakers and amplifier.
• So you must connect the speakers with rated power below 50W.

7. How do I set my radio stations?

• Since the memory of the FM chip of the unused amplifier is blank, you need to complete the following operations first so that the radio station can be stored.
• First, please switch to FM mode, you press the pause button to start searching for channels, and there will be noise during this whole process. When it's completed, the channels can be stored. (There is currently no way to preset FM radio stations as you wish.)

8. The power amplifier is connected correctly, why is there noise such as electric current?

• Please try to replace the audio input wire and input device. Inferior audio lines can also cause noise;
• Speakers’ power do not match with the Amplifier’s, will also lead to noise problems such as distortion;
• At the same time, confirm that the surrounding current signals will not cause interference to the equipment;
• Please make sure all the cable completely pushed into the device, incompletely connections will create distorted. At the same time, it is ensured that there is a spacing between the output positive and negative audio lines, being close together will cause noise or one of the channels will not work.
