Gasket for Fagor Pressure Cooker
The gasket is the part of the pressure cooker that endures the most wear. We recommend replacing it at least once a year (if the pressure cooker is used frequently), as it may suffer deformations, cracks, or fail to seal properly, causing pressure loss over time.
Is this replacement compatible with my pressure cooker?
To determine compatibility, you need to check the measurements of your previous gasket. The INNER diameter of the gasket serves as the reference for this replacement part.
We offer two sizes:
- Gasket with an inner diameter of 9.84 inches (10.63 inches outer diameter)
- Gasket with an inner diameter of 8.66 inches (9.65 inches outer diameter)
Easy Installation and Removal
Replacing the gasket is very simple. Just remove the old gasket and gently press the new replacement in place until it fits securely on the lid.
Remember to keep the gasket clean to extend its lifespan and that of your Fagor pressure cooker.

It has been very hard to find the correct replacement gasket for my pressure cooker.

I ordered the correct size but it did not fit. There is a fraction of an inch too much and won't fit correctly under the wire.

Finally found the perfect sealing ring/gasket for my Fagor Duo Rapid-Express pressure cooker lid (two pans - 4L and 8L - with a single lid)!! After numerous buys and returns, so relieved that I found the right one and can finally use them both. Slightly expensive for a single unit but well worth the price in the end. The size is exact and the thickness and quality of the ring is very good. Fit the lid like an original part. Definitely recommend.
