These are decent enough IRF3205 Power MOSFETs. They test just a tiny bit out of spec on both of my transistor testers, most notably the gate threshold voltages, tests right around 1.8 to 1.85V, and the datasheet specs that at a minimum of 2.0V, so it’s not that far out, and fine for my own purposes. The drain-to-source resistance also tests a bit higher than spec, but I think that’s just an artifact of the tester device not turning the gate “full on” to get absolute minimum resistance. All 10 tested very similar to each other, with no single MOSFET being very far from the group mean.My biggest issue with this product is that all 10 MOSFETS shipped loose in a white foam baggie, inside a cardboard box. There was absolutely zero ant-static precautions. The white foam baggie definitely was staticy. I tested all 10 MOSFETS, and was amazed that they all work. However, sometimes MOSFETs degrade in a non-obvious way after ESD exposure, so it’s impossible to tell from the transistor tester alone. I immediately placed them into an anti-static bag for storage. I’m going to subtract 1 star for the lack of anti-static precautions, because this is super important with MOSFETs. Final Rating: 4 stars.
