Awesome harness and very comfortable climbing around the iron in. Most people should get the large, I got medium and the belt sits at the second to last hole. I am a 32 waist. With winter gear I'll probably be on the last hole and if I gain any weight I'll need to swap out the belt. I'm using it with one bolt bag but 2 should fit fine.
