I bought this to use while on vacation in Europe. It worked very well. I wore it over my shoulder and under my sweater or jacket to avoid any pick pockets. I wore every single day for two weeks, it was very comfortable and I’m super glad I purchased it. Not a sponsored review, just a real person using it in a real situation. A couple things I don’t like as much are that the front zipper seems to zip backwards, and I really can’t stand these Chinese companies, putting their funky name or logo on the products. Just leave a generic!

Here's what I love about this pack, in no particular order:* The main compartment has two zipper pulls so it opens from either side.* The belt is very adjustable; It should fit most sizes of people. I'm about a 32-33" waist and it has a LOT of room to grow. Also I'm able to adjust it so the buckle is on one side or the other, or in the middle. Larger folks won't be able to adjust the buckle side-to-side as far.* It's not too heavy.* It has a decent amount of capacity. I can fit my phone, glasses, a (squishable) hat, and a wallet and probably have room for a snack or something.* It looks good.* It's comfortable.* It's sturdy and rugged, but not stiff. The only thing I could think that would improve it is if the inside was a ligher color, to make things easier to find, but I'm not knocking a star for that. I've been hunting for a good waist/crossbody pack and this is the winner!

Update 4/2024 after one weekWell, exactly as I had feared in my original review from last week, the four stitches holding the attached part of the key ring failed today. I have used this belt only five times, but that was four times too many for the weakly-attached key ring. When I walked into my house, I heard the metallic "cling!" of metal on kitchen tile, and I knew exactly what had happened. I'm still very happy with this belt--it's awesome so far in every other way. But I'm mystified why, when the rest of the product is so well-designed and manufactured, they would choose to go so cheap with the key ring apparatus.Disappointed about that one detail, so deducting one star. But, overall, still a very strong product I recommend considering.------------------------------------------I have finally made the effort to get out walking again after putting on some unwanted pounds over the last three years. I've had lots of running/walking belts, but had to find a new one after upgrading my smaller phone to a large (for me) iPhone 14 plus. My old belts didn't have enough room to accommodate the new phone. What I like:- Appears to be very well-made.- I got the blue one, and I think it looks really good.- Lots of compartments. From outside to inside: 1. A zippered smaller one at the front with a carabiner for your keys. 2. A larger zippered and padded compartment that easily fits my new giant phone. 3. A zippered huge one that within it has a second zippered pouch and unzippered pouch. 4. A zippered one on the inside facing your stomach for cash, credit cards, etc. Lots of storage.- I didn't realize it till I was looking at the pack right now, but there are two fabric loops at the top of the bag that you can use to clip keys to or to hang the pack up. Nice touch!- Very easy to resize. My waist size has increased with my added weight, and this one was easy to get around my now giant waist. What I don't like/Kinda wish was different:- The carabiner to clip you keys to is plastic. And it's not standard, so you can't swap it out without cutting the plastic clip to remove it. It works well, but I wish they had gone with a standard approach to allow for changes and repairs with standard carabiners.- The fabric piece that attaches the carabiner to the bag itself is a loop held together with four stitches. It doesn't seem strong at all. If those stitches fail, the loop will come apart and your keys and carabiner will fall away from the bag. I would like to have seen more stitching here. This is an excellent waist pack for walking. It's more than enough for my casual walks, and it'll be the bag I use when I take a trip somewhere and have to carry more stuff (e.g., passport). It's $16 as of this review, but I'd pick it up without hesitation at $10 more than than. It's that good.RECOMMENDED.

So I will date myself a bit, but I own an original 'fanny pack' from the 80's - boy are these handy! My original one is rather small & I don't know why they quit making them. Enter this one. Not so small - which is great, because it seems like I have more 'stuff' I want to pack around in a convenient way. These packs are perfect for vacationing and going to places like zoos, museums or other places with lots of walking where you don't want an 'over the shoulder' purse or don't need a larger backpack. Put in ID, $, sunscreen, water bottle, snack, etc - its easy to carry about one's hips with little bother. I originally got this to use for when I need to put an ear tag in new baby lambs - this will carry the tagger, tags, plus a pen & paper for notes - keeping one's hands free to catch, then have the supplies handy in this pack to grab when a free hand is available (especially if you have to do this by yourself); carrying all these supplies in various pockets where stuff can fall out is over rated (experience talking here). Reasonably priced, seems well made (can't attest to durability yet) and very handy.

I'm not a big fanny pack fan, but they do have their uses; especially when traveling with bag restrictions, as fanny packs seem to be considered the same as clothes. Smaller fanny packs, like this one, don't even rate a second glance from the attendants and check-in clerks, yet hold a non-trivial amount of items. Phone, charger, cable, battery pack, wallet, tickets, and a protein bar easily fit into this pack with room left over. The basic black may turn some off, but I'm more of the basic black type person. It goes with just about anything, and the fabric doesn't pick up every little speck of dirt I encounter. The zippers are smooth and all metal, and while I'm not an expert, the stitching seems to be very uniform and I can't find any defects. In all, it's a good, basic fanny pack designed to hold a reasonable number of items while not weighing you down.
