I go through a bit of thinning fluid in my airbrushing since i tend to do very light coats on my models, and so i tend to purchase decently frequently, it also makes it more affordable to buy non pre-thinned paints so you get more bang for your buck. Using the flow improver makes it super easy for the paint to flow through my brush, especially on some of my thicker paints. Can't find any faults with this brand of flow fluid.

Works pretty well, I have a number of non-airbrush craft paints that I usually just thin with water to mixed results, but this works so much better.

I've used this a few times since I got it and it is comparable to the "name brand" hobby store stuff I have. The price is similar to those name brands, so I'm not sure I would purchase this over a tried and true brand. The cap is a standard flip top, but I would prefer one with an angled, directional spout, like some of the big brands have. It helps keep the flow improver where you want it, in the bottle or in the paint cup.I gave 5 stars because it performs as it should with no major drawbacks.

I'm pretty new to air brushing, and starting to get the hang of it, but some paints seem to do better than others. Especially when it comes to drying prematurely and clogging the nozzle. This levels the playing field. I found adding this to even the most troublesome paints (about a 1:5 ratio) not only "smooths" the paint out, but also slightly slows the drying time, so less clogging at the tip.Has really reduced my struggles and improved the quality of my airbrushing!

First, a disclaimer. I am brand new to airbrush painting. I originally practiced with full-strength paint right from the bottle. Then I added this FansArriche Airflow Improver. I could see that my paint was laying down smoother than before. I've attached a picture of my test sheet. On the red color I think I added too much of the product and it dripped a couple of times, but with the blue, black and white I used the recommended dilution and it seems to work well.

Our family has all ended up venturing into using airbrush for various projects. My son and I are using acrylic based paints for our projects, so I got this to help.HOW TO USE THISWe use a drop of this in most of the paints in the airbrush and mix it with back flow. The top allows for drops to be carefully dispensed which is a help.WHAT IT DOESThis not only gives a better flow but makes the dry time a little slower. That can be frustrating, but for both of us, it seems to be a good thing. Seems to allow for better performance of most of the paints we are using. The flow seems better without spotty appearance once it is sprayed. Also it seems that the tip does not dry out as quickly when spraying in longer projects. It also seems to allow for better detailing.WHAT WE USE IT FORI am doing more larger scale painting. My son is making his own game pieces and landscape and is doing some basic and detail work in smaller scales than I do. So far this is a big help.THE BOTTOM LINEThis makes the paint flow better, dry a little less spotty, and keeps the airbrush doing well without issues longer.MY RATINGFIVE STARS. I am glad that I got this. It makes airbrush work so much better. I will try not to be without it in the house from this point on.

I should start by saying I'm not using the bottle airbrush paint s, but with standard little pots of acrylic paint in my paint by number kits. Those paints Are heavy bodied acrylics and they can be clumpy, as well, when they're even more on the dry side.Initially I used water but that tends to make your paints more transparent, but you also need to color the lines and numbers in those kits, so you want them opaque. This solution does the job without diluting the paint so they're not functional to the task.It has no smell, either, but is ever so slightly thickened.
