Works really well. I was able to trim branches off several trees with ease in my yard and cut down unwanted new ones. Comes with a chain oil container but you'll need to get the oil.

This mini chainsaw really amazed me, it’s way more powerful than I expected for something this compact. I’ve used it to cut all kinds of branches hanging over my fence, and it sliced through everything without hesitation. Super easy to handle, and even though it’s small, it feels sturdy in the hand. I also noticed it keeps a steady performance without bogging down. The vibration is noticeable, but nothing unmanageable. Battery life is excellent, and I like that it charges with a regular USB-C cable. Honestly, for quick yard cleanup or storm aftermath, this little saw punches way above its weight class and highly recommend it.

Overall it’s a pretty nice little saw and quite useful. It can and will overheat if you’re using it heavily and in hot weather. It has a little flashing warning during overheat condition and will reset itself after it cools off. I also found that running it in the ‘max’ speed mode was almost required for anything over half inch in diameter. It can otherwise struggle a bit and bind. I found the safety button to be quite awkward to activate most of the time and wish that was more well thought out. The automatic oiling seems to work and the reservoir seals up tight. The included squeeze bottle is handy for filling the saw, but it does not come with oil so bring your own. In the end, for small jobs it’s quite good and I’ve found it to be very handy. At this point I just hope the battery pack lasts a good while as that does not appear to be readily replaceable which is a big downer. Another big downer and just terrible design flaw, is that you must engage the trigger in order to see the charge meter! That’s just awful and needs to be enabled another way.

Falls short of similar tools I have. I have a few of these mini chainsaws, all of which I love, including this one. As with others, the handiness of a mini chainsaw, neing able to use one-handed, quick to trim, and easy to use, cannot be overlooked. They are immensely helpful tools that can make quick amd light work of otherwise cumbersome tasks. But the price justification with this specific mini chainsaw is hard to swallow. My others were less expensive, of as good quality or better, and included cases and bar chain oil. This is the shortest length of all my cordless mini chainsaws, does not include a case, or even a bag, and I am only supplied with an empty bottle to put my own separately purchased oil in. This also comes only with a single battery, where as several others come with an extra. Although this is easy to operate and does make a quick clean cut, it still is not such an improvement over others with more to offer to justify the price, and doesn't allow for work on thick materials, where others do. The saw itself is nice, but I can't see the justification of the price.

Fanttik TurboLite W10 APEX Mini Cordless Chainsaw - $149.99Great little one-handed saw!I'm the only one in the house who knows how to use a big, two stroke motor chainsaw. I'm also the only one who can use the two handed, 14 inch cordless chainsaw. It's annoying when I have to do the 'man' stuff around here instead of nurturing my kids. Enter this little saw! This is perfect for small branches. (Heck, I even used it on something way too big for it, but that's because I know what I'm doing. Don't do that if you don't have redneck training.) The battery lasted me about 20 minutes of solid cutting when we had one of our apple trees split in half by these storms we're having. It did a great job.Couple of warnings: The safety button is clearly placed to force you to use TWO hands to achieve a trigger pull. I have very small hands, so it's hard, but I did figure out how to twist my hand around to get it turned on one handed so I could use my off hand to hold the branch. I think they're actually making it less safe with this feature, and should move the safety button somewhere more convenient. Also, since it's so light, there is a lot more vibration and possibility for kickback on smaller branches. (That's why I needed my off hand to hold them, far, far away from the blade.) The chain was doing some catching every now and again, and had I not been prepared for that, I possibly might have hurt myself. When you let go of the trigger it's pretty much instant stop, so that's good. The little chain is sharp. The little chain guard works well and dare I say, it's cute as a button.I don't like the digital readout completely, because when I have it charging in the house, I can't see the charge unless I hit the trigger. I don't think that's a very good design, but maybe I'm doing something wrong with it.Plugs in and charges to any USB box just like any other device. No special charging equipment. Very nice.
