Phone works. How long ? I will never know . The return window closed before I got back from vacation and this will just sit in a box. It has the feel and presence of being very cheap . I originally bought to test for our dispatch center but would never put out something that looked and felt as cheap as this into the hands of safety service personnel. These people need GOOD tools. As such as this phone should have been designed for and around.

Phone doesn't work without a power supply...unless you have Power Over Ethernet (POE) from your network switch or router.

Bought this for my office because I wanted something more unique than just the typical office phone. I love it. Easy to set up, has more features than I know what to do with. And everyone that comes in my office comments on it.

I love everything about this product. It gives my desk an air of importance. I use it for calling my friends, who also have these phones, simply to yell "this is a very important business call!" and they yell "yes, thank you for this very important business call!" 10/10 recommend.
