Terrible product. Worked for 2 hours. Since i didn't open the product for a while, the return window closed and im stuck with a useless product. Waste of money!

The headphones worked well right out of the box without having to use any instructions. The sound quality is reflective of the modest price, but they do the job of replacing the pair of OEM's headphones that were stolen.

I bought this and a car infrared transmitter. I had to add a 12v supply to the transmitter. I use it from my tv to watch when my wife goes to sleep. The infrared transmitter has to be located line of sight to the headphones to work properly. Once dialed in there is no static nor drift ever. The phones have great sound and good bass too! Phone on my large head feel very comfortable. This was a good buy.

Can't beat the price on these headphones. We use these for the in car DVD player. My children have had to complaints about volume, clarity, signal etc. They were very simple to set up, simply add battaries, turn on, and turn on car's IR signal and you are good to go.A word of caution, they only have a range of 3 or 4 feet so if you are standing outside the car, or you are in the front seat and think you are not getting a signal, try sitting in the back seat of the car and they should work fine.These headphones fit my 5 year old perfectly, but are a little big on my three year old twins, but they are able to wear them and have no complaints. Also, the handy zippered carrying case was a very nice addition.

Bought this item because of the price and when I recevied the headphones I read through the little leaflet of instuctions. I then tried to sync item to several of my tv's with NO sucess. Usually these types of headphones have a base unit that transmits the infrared signals to the headphones, however these do not, rather you need to sync it by pressing a button located on the headphones which did not work.Returned product the next day.

Now this is a great product. I replaced my broken Honda mini van IR head sets with these. They sound just as good if not better than the OE Honda ones. Came with on/off switch with a red and green light indicator and semi soft case. Had them for about 6 months now. Still working. No complaints from my children. The lower cost was also easy on my wallet too.

The Farenheit HP-11S turned out to have several potentially useful features - although I wasn't able to evaluate them because my copy of the headphones worked only sporadically, and then only when within a few feet of the transmitter (less than half the range of the unit it was hoped to replace). Its fold-flat feature and the auto-off feature would have been especially useful in my situation. It was also fairly inexpensive.I was unable to find any complete description of the product before I purchased it, so I discovered most of the unit's features only when reading the descriptions on the package. It would have been helpful - especially for comparison purposes - if more detailed info had been available while I was comparing alternative products.The biggest piece of missing info was the unit's operating frequency. This made it impossible to determine whether the unit was compatible with my existing transmitter prior to purchase. Because the unit turned out (apparently) not to be compatible, it was not usable because it did not have an included transmitter of its own, and I was unable to determine whether any compatible transmitter is available for it.Although I could not tell for sure whether my unit was simply incompatible with my transmitter, or if the unit itself was defective in some way, I suspect that most of the negative aspects here stem primarily from lack of needed info prior to purchase.

Only had to put the batteries in, turn it on and it worked instantly! Clear and great volume. BTW I have a 2008 Chrysler Town & Country. I'm ordering another one! I like it better than the $80 ones that came with out van PLUS they come with a carrying case. That's how the kids ended up wrecking the expensive pair; it snagged in the storage flap behind the front seats and ripped the ear piece off. No longer have to worry about that with the case! Plus the ear pieces are more durable and comfortable than the expensive headphones.

These headphones are really nice. They offer a lot of cushion on the ears. They are adjustable to fit multiple ages. The carrying cases are a very nice feature. The best thing about these though, is the auto off feature. I was going through tons and tons of batteries with my old head sets. I have had these for 6 months and have not had to change the batteries at all!! These headphones synced right up with our van's DVD system. Very good product at a good price. Highly recommend!
