I will not purchase again from this company. Not willing to stand behind their product. It hasn't worked properly since I purchased December 24,2024 , since cold weather hit bucket bottom where heater is broke off. Obviously heater malfunction destroyed it

It works okay around 30, but when the temperature gets lower the water will freeze. We are having 20° nights and the water is Frozen by morning about 2 or 3 in deep.

The bucket I purchased does not prevent the upper level of water from freezing. This may be due to out very cold -30C Ontario winters.
