I was excited to receive this Farmhouse Table Sculpture. i have another item on a shelf that is a similar wood tone to the sculpture that is in the product photos, and thought they would be a good pairing. Unfortunately, this is not going to work.The color on the one I received is mostly gray instead of the wood being prominent as in the photos. I understand some variation, but this is too much. The base and back are almost all gray. The back normally wouldn't matter so much, but this is sitting on a shelf with a mirror in the back, so you can see the reflection. I was glad they included photos of the back, but mine doesn't look like that.It is very uneven and rocks back and forth even though it has four foam feet on the bottom. It isn't just one side, it is kind of the whole thing. It just seems uneven on all the sides. There is probably 1/8" gap when I press one corner flatly down, as best I can measure because it is not the same all the way across. One would need to try different levels of foam to even it out.There are some small pieces of wood sticking up from where the holes were drilled. There is glue around the holes and some strings of it on the base. I pushed on it a bit, but it is not coming off easy. I would scrape it off, but afraid it would remove the finish. One of the holes is too big for the metal bars.There are some variation and quality issues here, and I will not be using this in my home decor. If the color was good, maybe I could look past the other things and make it work. Also, the price point is a bit too high for what I received, in my opinion. For now this will need to be stored until I am able to pass it along to someone else.
