It really depends on the fabric you're trying to secure. I originally bought these for a cotton bodysuit but it kept peeling off and was generally useless if you plan to move at all. Then I tried it on a silk wrap dress to keep it from flowing open, and it worked out pretty well. I also used the tape on a velvet top and it worked for a little bit but I had to replace it twice during the time I wore the garment. Basically, these might work 50% of the time, and not for items that need to stay on your skin, I use them in place of safety pins.
