Dell is a good, quality machine in the 3020 micro realm, especially if you want to build a NAS server using an external HDD box such as Mediaplex's PROBOX. In this configuration, I have 6 NAS servers in front of me. I use UBUNTU 22.04.4 with a software RAID-1 configuration. The 3020 mini(s) I bought were clean, with one sent with a power supply that was too weak for the computer.

It's a decent little PC (and I mean little!) If all you want to do is surf the web, watch cat videos and listen to music, it's perfect. It can handle MS Office. It's not a gaming PC but you can play solitaire on it. I can't speak to the OS install as I wiped it out and put my own copy of Windows 10 on it. But no surprises there. It only has a display port, but they include a DP to HDMI adapter which is very nice of them. The keyboard and mouse work but you'll want better. PC was immaculate, no dust or lose bits rattling around inside. Packaged very well.

I have purchased a LOT of Dell PC's in my 20 year career at my current job (almost 40 years in IT altogether). I purchased one of these 'renewed' Dell's ( a 9020 ) from Amazon as 'renewed' four years ago and it is still running strong. I always buy the Asurion Warranties with things like this because it is very worth it. Asurion stands behind their warranty. HOWEVER, this 'renewed' PC started having trouble right out of the box and I quickly identified the problem. The onboard battery slot had come loose at some point before I received it. The seller was willing to do an exchange, but the way the product was set up, the Amazon system would not let me exchange it. I will buy another. because at these prices, these little PC's are very worth it. I have also encouraged two friends to buy these tiny Dell PC's and they love them!

This is the perfect setup for my child who goes to school online. It boots fast and works great! 5 stars all the way, very pleased with this purchase. It is entirely out of sight and it's mounted to the back of a 24-inch Firestick TV (there's a mount made specifically for this PC on Amazon, if the TV is not wall mounted).

I've had it over 10 months. Still running like a charm. Very efficient, with no problems. Very small, very affordable. I'm not a gamer or graphics professional or Bitcoin miner, so I'm not taxing it heavily, but for my needs (surfing, spreadsheets, videos, word processing, shopping, etc.) it's tops!

I had all kinds of intentions for this unit; ended up making it into a super Minecraft server. Installed all the software, set up an autorun script to start the server, and it just sits and runs without a mouse, keyboard or screen. Maybe one day I'll put a remote desktop on it. The kids can unplug it and take it with them and have their 'world' anywhere.

Don't expect power such as a heavy graphics or demanding BIM program since it's limited in RAM (8 GB that can be expanded to 16 GB max.) and its GPU can't be expanded beyond its present capabilities, also, you can't update the graphics drivers because Dell don't have them available to the public unless you pay an annual fee more expensive than the PC itself. But you can add a second SSD hard drive internally.I run AutoCAD 2021 in it without any problems, I haven't tested it for rendering nor I think it will handle renders well but you can try using Enscape or Keyshot which are fast, easy and not so demanding.I placed it on the back of my Asus 22" monitor by using a VESA cradle and saves even more space.

Bought this smaller Dell PC to replace a 15 year old Dell Inspiron computer and am VERY impressed with it’s performance. Out of the box, the unit looks brand new. Set up on the Windows 10 Pro was a snap and it was very easy to transfer and download all my existing apps, photos and documents. The hard drive had plenty of room left over and web browsing was effortless. This smaller PC definitely exceeded my expectations.
