works perfect, having the ring to let it hang, instead of rolling around in the back of the truck is a nice added feature. helps in shin damage and also helps keep grease off of your clothes

This cap fits perfectly on my 2 5/16" ball. Tight enough to stay on and easy to remove. Covers entire ball down to where it bolts on. Seems thick enough to stand up to elements yet soft enough to flex easily. Very satisfied with it, would buy again if I needed another one

Covers the hitch ball well, so if you grease it you have protection. The strap that holds it when you have the trailer connected is kinda flimsy. Be the first thing to go. Then you have to remove and reinstall each time. It's not hard to install and remove, and it's tight enough not to fly off.

I purchased this ball cover because I kept losing so many. They aren't ultra expensive but after losing a few I started thinking there has to be a better as solution than having extras available at all times of both sizes.I really like the fastway covers accept I do wish they covered entire ball cover like my others s did. So far they work great & haven't lost any yet.

I have tried all kinds of hitch ball covers. They are a pain to find a place to put them, while towing and also fall apart fairly soon after using them. With this one, you don't have to find a temporary home, while towing (since it stays attached). It seems like it will last quite a while. I have used it for a few months, and it has held up well. I would definitely buy this again!update May 2016 - I have been using this for 8 months on a lot of trips. It still looks and acts like it is new. The tether portion works fine. This is the best hitch ball cover I have ever used!

We bought this to replace another one that was left on the bumper & lost. I'm so glad we lost the old one, because this one is far superior. To begin with, it has a loop that goes around the ball so it dangles when you are hitched/traveling and won't get lost. Also, it's large enough that it easily slips over the ball, but still stays in securely. No more lube on the clothes and no more bruises on the knees. Works beautifully!

What can you say about a rubber ball cover? It works.The tether keeps it handy while towing and although not mentioned in the product description, on the inside of the cover is a bit of flexible gasket (not sure how else to describe it) that fits snugly around the ball and helps create a good seal and secure seating of the cover while in use. Just a little extra engineering that is a nice, unexpected touch.
