Preparation Before Installation Recommended Tools: Structural Adhesive (900 grams covers approximately 100 square feet) Level Hand saw Gloves Tape measure Nail gun and nails Pencil Safety goggles Electric drill Deck screws Installation Steps 1.Clean the wall surface using a spirit level to ensure it is free of debris and dust. The wall should be flat before beginning installation. 2.Measure the area of the wall where the panels will be installed and create a layout sketch to plan the arrangement. 3.Use a hand saw or another cutting tool to trim the panels to the required size. 4.Apply structural adhesive to the back of the panel. Also, apply adhesive to the side seams if needed. Begin installation from the bottom left corner. You can also apply adhesive to the gaps between panels to enhance their stability. 5.Position the panels on the wall from bottom to top, and left to right. Secure the panels before the adhesive dries completely. Reinforce with an air nail gun or appropriate screws depending on the wall material. Use one screw every 16 inches, with four screws per panel. Insert screws in the middle of the tongue or through the panel itself for added security. Use the following screws based on the wall material: Wood: Deck screws Concrete: Tapcon screws Stucco: Tapcon screws Brick: Tapcon screws Drywall: Drywall screws 6.Continue installing the panels, ensuring each one fits well and checking for level alignment throughout the process. 7.Complete the installation of wall panels, corners, and edges with the assistance of a second person. Clean any dust from the surface of the panels to finish.
