I have four FBA-25As bought directly from Yaesu, this ones at half price, took a chance on it, and it was a fail. The top tabs that needed to be inserted into the FT-60R on the top was to thick, filed that down. it now fits the radio. the top three slots battery fit just fine, bottom three didn't have enough room to fit the cells with the contact springs removed, neverminded trying to fit cells in with the springs inserted. The negative conductor was bent up in the #3-#4 cell area and the positive conductor was so loose it jarred out as I was test fitting the carrier. Tossed it in the trash, just buy it from Yaesu, its only $18.95. the Icom equivalent is $40
