It had tiny spots of black grease or oil on it and little dings along the fan blades. Not a big deal as it functions fine, and the spots wiped right off, but it did make me question if it was a salvaged fan or something. It could just be from getting jostled around in a bulk lot too, hard to say. It does have a Radeon sticker on the fan itself. Mine was marked 2015 manufacture.One big issue in my case was that the cable was a couple inches shorter than the fan it replaced and an inch or so too short to even plug in. I had to cut and splice in additional cable to get it to work, I didn't have time to mess around with returns or anything. The plastic sheathing was drier and more brittle than my old fan, not sure if that would pose a problem for anyone.For reference, shipping took ~22 days to reach MN, USA. It came nicely packaged in bubble wrap inside a little cardboard box.Overall it was an alright buy. A bit pricey for what it is, but there aren't a lot of options out there.
