The box was missing several poles to complete the 4th row. The item comes with instructions for assembly. The instructions are pointless as they are only photos of the product but it’s not rocket science. Sadly this is not worth the time to return nor the effort to try and contact seller for replacement parts. Bummer.

Balls were all over the yard. This is a little on the lightweight side but is functional. Giving the kids somewhere to actually store their balls was worth every penny.

Got all the way to the very last wheel and missing one curvy black thing to make the wheel fit in the hole. Frustrating.

This was very easy to put together - took about 10 min. Great size hold basketballs easily. Simple nothing fancy. Loved the wheels too

Installation is easy, the edges of the pipes are polished so that you don't accidentally cut yourself. And there are two spare plastic connectors.The metal pipes are flimsy, the whole cart wobbles when you pull it back and forth, but that's understandable for this price. And it's not a problem for me since I don't move it around anyway. The size and height is perfect as it fits right into the corner of my room.
