After about 1 year of use the receiver just stopped working. I charged it and it turned on, but it just stopped working no receiving anymore. There has been others who have experienced the same problem. I would not recommend this product. Go with Pyle or JBL wireless microphones.

Here is the good:I have had these microphones for a couple years now. These microphones sound absolutely great. You'll be surprised with the quality of the sound that comes from these microphones for the price. We even use them for podcasts because they sound very clear and don't feed back. They are very durable. We travel with them and even put them in checked luggage without any damage. (we've kept the original packaging so that helps with protection).Here is the NOT so good:These things EAT double A batteries for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This is pretty typical for these types of microphones. But everytime you take them out to use them for an event or something, you will need new batteries. With new batteries they will last 2-4 hours depending on the distance of the receiver. You will have to plan ahead of time for switching batteries between speaking slots or whatever it is you need these for.Here is the BAD:The receiver battery is even worse. It lasts maybe 1-2 hours when it's being used. it CAN NOT CHARGE while its on. The blue light will be on as if its charging but it will not simultaneously charge while its being used. Keeping it plugged in while it's being used will not stop it from dying.You really have to plan ahead and remember to turn the receiver off every single chance you get between speaking slots so it can charge every opportunity that exists.For the price, it really can't be beat as far as the microphone quality goes. But the fact that the receiver will still die even if its plugged in is the only reason this isn't a 5 star product.For karaoke, announcements, short speeches, you will not be disappointed. If you have hours of use planned for the day, it is inconvenient but still a quality product.

I purchased 3 of them which means I have 6 mics!Set up is very simple which I appreciate. They stay charged for a very long time though after my Karaoke nights I make sure to charge them. There are times I will forget and since they are wireless Im able to charge them and use them at the same time.

These mics are in many brands , quite the same. I like the metal construction. The anodized treatment is better than paint which wears off with sanitizer. Plastic mics battery compartment and buttons crack eventually. These metal mics have the right feel and weight. I like the variety of colors here I use 4 mic setups for Karaoke. These single type units are better than the DUAL ones because the dual send 2 mics to one input, each mic needs it's own individual channel. I would prefer that i can get these without the 1/4" plug on the RX, I typically modify for permanent install by replacing the 1/4" with a 3.5mm jack, and wiring the power direct.

It was so simple I couldn't figure it out at first. The directions aren't the greatest. But once I figured out how to connect it. It was so simple it made me feel lime an idiot...lol...They work perfect.. even with low batteries. They don't have a volume control on the mic it's self but you use the volume on the device your using it with. They have perfect Ling distant range. But if the volume is up really loud on your device, don't get to close to it or you'll get an ear piercing feed back sound.Highly recommend for a low cost microphone.
