They are beautifully made, easy to fold and unfold, and are perfect for my back deck. HOWEVER, they don't feel as sturdy as I hoped and one of them arrived with the bottom horizontal support snapped completely in half (don't know if it was just my angry mailman). Thankfully I am fairly decent at woodworking and I was able to strap and glue it. If that doesn't hold I'll have to replace that strut.

Perfect poolside chairs! I’ve been slowly upgrading my patio chairs. I’ve been tired of the plastic chairs that look cheap and don’t wear well. Cannot believe the price point on this set. They are so comfortable, no assembly required, and are nice to lounging by the pool. They look so expensive, what an upgrade! I highly recommend these comfortable chairs! I know some people wrote negative reviews because the chairs broke. Honestly, it may be that people weigh more than they think they do. Because it sure seems so solid to me, I don’t see how they could break. Unless you were just too fat to sit in them. But that could happen honestly with almost any chair. Anyways, another reviewer mentioned that the chairs were too low - they’re meant to be lounging beach chairs, so not the chairs you might see an orthopedist office. If you are in reasonable shape you should be able to easily sit in his chairs. They are beautiful, look very expensive, way beyond their affordable price point. I highly recommend!

I own a beach rental and find it difficult to preserve any metal beach chairs; so I decided to replace a couple of my chairs with these wooden versions.Salt air and beach sand destroy beach chairs in less than a season, but so far these chairs have held up very well. They are not quite as easy to carry as regular beach chairs, but they are comfortable, and if they last as well as I think they will, they are a good investment.

So, I got these chairs to keep on my boat. They really match the style and I was pretty happy when I got them and they folded out nicely. They look like good quality and something that's going to last a long time.I set them up, turned on some music, grabbed a snack, and prepared to hang out in my new chairs for a while and avoid work.Boom.Not 3 minutes passed and there was a loud crack, followed by me coming crashing down on the deck in a pile of wood and canvas. Now, I only weigh 165, so it's not like I'm some big gorilla or anything.Anyway, I looked at what happened and I could see the cross member that supports the chair where it fits into the notches on the leg, had broken. That's right, where it attaches to the primary upright that supports the actual weight. As soon as that snapped, I'm sure the other side was just hit with all the remaining weight and did the same. So, both sides snapped off, and down I went.Still, they look beautiful and I'm holding out hope that it was just an aberration, a bad piece of wood dowel or something. I contacted the company, sent them the pictures, and explained what happened. They offered me $15 or told me I could pack the chairs up and mail them back for a refund.I tried to get them to send me just the dowel and I'd fix it myself, or just a single chair and I'd be happy with the replacement, but it seems like it's an all-or-nothing deal. It's kind of frustrating since I'm trying to be a bit more environmental/energy savings type of guy and here I'm going to have to find a new box (since I broke down the box and stuck it in the recycling before I realized I was going to have to return them) and then take it to the Post office and ship it across the country. This is a big heavy box. The idea of that waste is killing me. (not to mention dragging it up the hill to the Post Office)ugh. I suppose it's better than just being told to screw off, but it really sucks that they can't just send me the part, or just send me a single chair. I don't know. It's pretty irritating. Maybe they just can't break stuff up and don't have the parts. I don't know.They sent me an RMA and a sticker I can put on the box to mail it back, but I'm still not sure if I'm gonna do that. I had the Marina handyman guy take a look and he said he could get a dowel and fix it in a few minutes. (In marina talk, that's like a month, $20 and a beer). I may just forget the entire deal with the company here and just have him do it.If I do end up returning it, I'll make sure to post a video of me taking time off work to drag this giant box up to the Post Office. Maybe I'll make my kids do it. That way we can get the level of constant complaining only pre-teens can maintain.Summary:1. The Chairs look great.2. I'd seriously recommend you not let elderly people sit in them. I can handle a sudden 10" drop to the ground. If I was 80, that could be a broken hip.

Loooove how these look! They really look high end and match the rest of my outdoor furniture really well. I took a star off because they aren't the most comfortable. Maybe if the cloth was a little wider? Im a pretty thin person and my sister in law is even skinnier than me (like triple 0 skinny) and she even felt like the cloth felt unsteady. Basically these feel like you are in a hammock. I think its mostly psychological though because they are very sturdy and well made. I did have one chair that came in with a little damage (see 2nd photo) but they have great customer service and offered to replace it. I decided to go with a partial refund instead since I think I can just sand it and re-treat it.... I need to re-treat my other furniture anyway. So my end verdict is they look great and are fairly comfortable, ill keep them. I think they are probably best for sun bathing and relaxing, but not so great as an accent chair for people to eat outside on. If I were to buy again... I'd look for something that sits you more upright for eating and visiting.

Delivered sooner than I expected (not amazon prime when I purchased). The chars appear to be great quality and comfortable.The reclining function gives three options. The highest one leans back a little further than I’d like it to, but it’s very comfortable.I bought these to have extra seating in my tiny apartment when people come over. The chairs fold very easily under my sofa, ready to pull out when needed!One of the chairs had a few giant stains on the fabric. Barely noticeable. It’s only been two days, but I’m very happy with the purchase so far.

Bro... these chairs are stunning. They are very comfortable, very well made. The wood is luxurious! The second they hit my patio I have no been able to get off of them. They are very relaxing for sunset cocktail hour. Super easy to get out of too. I have lower back issues and these chairs were totally fine getting out off. They look super low to the ground, but they are not. Amazing!
