Eh, it works. I mean it's just a bracket after all. It fit just fine, was easy to install, overall it's just a piece of plastic with 1 job and it does that job as intended ... A little pricey tho considering this should come included with most motherboards but it's a fine replacement and the cheapest I could get next day.
