I had my doubts, but this has really helped with leg and lower back pain. I should get up and move every hour but often get busy with work and lose track of time. This seat cushion makes a difference in that even after sitting too long, I am not as sore on getting up and thus don't feel like I am going to fall on my face!

I regularly take 6 to 8 hour car trips and this cushion has made a big difference. It helps my lower back and I feel so much better after the trip now.

I have an elevated coccyx and can no longer sit on hard surfaces. I have 3 of these kinds of cushions to keep in my vehicles and in the house. There are some things I like about his cushion. First is it's a hugger! The shape feels very nice. But the bottom slides. It could use some grip on the bottom surface. It could also be a little thicker, but the quality is definitely high with evidence that real thought went into the design, such as a stability strap (when there's something to strap it to). I also like the fabric. It's breathable and easy to clean. Everyone will have a different experience, depending on weight, height and injury.

I bought this item because of my back and shoulder pain. It caused me more pain. I have a different brand at home and I needed one for the office but I couldn’t use it because I had more back pain and spasms while sitting on it. It’s not firm and very uncomfortable . The only reason it received a single star is because it came with a strap that stations it in place to prevent it from falling off the seat every thine you stand up. I will like my money back or a replacement for a better quality. I can’t return it because for some reason I can’t find the box. But it is lying in my garage

I should have bought this a long time ago! I have a home office chair that has been causing severe hip pain when I sit for more than 15 minutes. I wanted to replace the chair until I found this seat cushion. Now I LOVE sitting in my chair again! All hip pain is GONE! I could not recommend this more for anyone experiencing discomfort or numbness when sitting in their office chair.

I fell down the stairs last year & it hurts to sit for a long amount of time. There is a great relief to my coccyx bone.since using the cushion. I use it in the office & car. The cushion is made of good material & doesn’t lose shape. There is no slipping from where its placed. Easy to use & very helpful.
