It was a nightmare trying to get this item shipped to me.The first one was delayed, then arrived with the box and Styrofoam inside the box obliterated, as well as the hardware, tools, and instructions missing.The second round, never arrived and was lost in the shipping processI ended up getting a refund instead of a replacement.

Just rec'd my 60" fire pit metal ring from Febtech. The box was torn to bits and had been re-taped over and over. Not a big issue...EXCEPT when opening the box and searching thoroughly, it is obvious that they did NOT include the 8 nuts and bolts required to assemble this product. Good ole boys left that necessity out.Now I'll need to spend an hour of my time to go to Home Depot or Lowes to buy the bolts. Maybe I should back-bill
