It is a costume hat. Doesn't fit on my head quite right but does on other adults who tried it on. I needed it one day for a costume and it worked for that. The cost/quality ratio felt right. Docked one star because my head isn't THAT big and I wish it had fit better.

Thankfully this fits a little small as I have compact brain. It’s a cheap hat, but was perfect for a Halloween costume (with some bedazzling). You get what you pay for.

Hat is just what I expected and worked perfect for my Halloween costume. It is very cheaply made and so I'd only recommend use for a costume you only plan wearing a few times.

It was an okay item but not as nice or attractive as depicted in the photo. I was less disappointed in the quality of the item (given the price I did not have high expectations). But the bright scarlet coloring and cheap flocking made it unwearable for anything except as a part of a garish Halloween costume.

Bought this hat for a costume, adult Jesse from Toy Story. Added the white rope trim to it and will be wearing a red braided wig. This hat is perfect for that. I needed the style, color, and size to wear over a bulky wig. For this purpose, it is perfect. Easily punch holes in the heavy felt to pull rope edge trim through. It looks great!

This hat is nice in look, but way too big, should have at least a size of 7 and 1/4, since this is the most popular size.
