My rating is for the Sony ZV-1f or similar small camera or smartphone, using an after-market '''metal Dual 1/4" bar mount'' to replace the stock tablet/monitor mount, which is not usable but not super sturdy. They lost 1 star for not including the bar mount. There are better teleprompters for large lens mirrorless cameras. This model is perfect for the ZV-1f because it's light enough to mount it to the teleprompter with a 40.5mm step up ring to one of the rings in this kit and a piece of sticky Velcro to put under the step up to lock it in place. You can mount your smartphone to it too, or a camera magic arm with a Canon Powershot V10, GoPro, Sony RX0, etc. I bought a "40.5mm to 62mm step up ring" because it was the cheapest at the time, but you may want to get the same step up ring to work with your other lenses if possible. I have to unscrew the ZV-1f to get it off, but that isn't a big deal.I am personally using this with a Lenovo Duet 10.1" Chromebook that can run Android apps and a cheap YUY2 HDMI capture card via a USB C docking station and USB PD charger. I have also used it with a Feelworld T7 Plus 7-inch on-camera field monitor screwed on nice and tight to the teleprompter without needing the Dual 1/4" bar mount.

The controller is a real pain to connect to the app. It is connected via bluetooth to the device but the app does not connect to it JUNK!!!!.The Mirror is to small for a 10Gen Ipad and you will need the support arm (sold separately) because the ipad is to heavy. Also the mirror in certain angles keep moving because the weight is to heavy for the support system. Do not buy this garbage.
