I know I purchased these bulbs in late 2015, but I just needed them now. The lamp I put them in needed two bulbs, I have gone through all four of the bulbs and only 1 is working. One of the other ones went on for about 10 seconds and the other two did not go on at all!!! I would NOT recommend these bulbs at all!!!!! The only reason I'm giving one star is because it won't let me post zero stars.

I received these yesterday and I was not sure they were going to be the right size. I have four bulbs in my bathroom mirror and I figured if they were not the same size I would just replace all four instead of just the one that was burnt out, To my surprise this bulb fit perfectly and I only had to change the one bulb so now I have three backup bulbs in case another one goes out. I tend to find once one goes out these usually all start to go out. These were the Reit Ce13T2 Conserv-Energy 60W Equivalent CFL and it was a perfect match for my bathroom light. It looks much better with all four lights working now instead of just three, I have never bought these light bulbs before but would certain buy them again they were very reasonable priced. Some of these light bulbs can get expensive but these ones were not, i highly recommend these lights bulbs to anyone looking for a good bulb. We are enjoying this product very much.

I bought my 1st box purty cheap from Walmart, and the 2nd box from Amazon, both boxes have been fine, although only have used 1 so far from the Amazon box, but they are exactly the same. They seem to be the only ones that fit our outdoor light sensor fixtures that have socket adapters to use regular bulbs instead of the 2 pin type. I'll keep an eye on them...and if anything changes, I'll update this post. So far so good...not exactly excited about other 1 star posts though...would never have got them except they are the only ones we've found so far that fit, and do not want to 'cheap' out on bulbs outside for our house! But didn't have much choice, a bare bulb, or these...hmmm, hope the bare bulb wasn't such a bad idea...

Not sure why some are complaining about the light these bulbs produce not being white enough. Why would anyone want harsh white light? So many of the new cfl bulbs give off a stark, fluorescent white light that hurts the eyes and gives headaches. These Feit bulbs have a softer, yellower hue that is much closer to the natural tones of sunlight, is much easier on the eyes, and gives the surrounding environment a much more natural appearance. You can't beat the price, and they seem to last long enough for me. I am on my second box of four, and the first set of bulbs lasted close to a year in lights we use every day. Not bad. I have not experienced any of the safety hazards that others mentioned, either. They seem to be well-constructed and fit perfectly in my light sockets. Not one of them has "arced" or "popped" or had any other issues. IMO, these bulbs are an excellent purchase.

I have a couple of lamps where the typical 13-watt CFL's were too tall so I couldn't use them. (Either then didn't fit or were annoyingly visible.) Almost 5 years ago I found the FEIT brand and bought a few boxes and am just now using them up. They were great as they were shorter and it made all the difference. The packaging for these made me assume that these would be identical, but they're not: 5 years on, they are shorter still, and the tubes are smaller in diameter. The color hasn't changed, which is a pretty warm white for a CFL.
