These are not round as the picture shows. I should have read the reviews. I would send them back, except I need them this week. I will use these, but I am not happy about the shape.

I was disappointed to find that the binder combs were flat, not round. I agree with the other review...it shows an image of round and says "diameter" - which means round. They are flat, oval. Not at all what I needed, I tried to make them work, to make them round, but they don't.HOWEVER - The customer service was amazing, fast and I was refunded right away. I would order from this company again just for the value of the customer service.... good service is not easy to find these days!!!

I was in dire need for 60 of these binding spines for work, which are not sold anywhere in-store by Staples or Office Depot (at least, not near me!) I ordered them 7pm Saturday night and they were at my house on Sunday by 2:00pm. I was so relieved. Reasonable price, and the $5.99 overnight shipping WELL worth it. Thank you!

When it says "diameter," I expected it to be round. The picture shown is round. The product which arrived at my house is flat/oblong. It's not the same product. Please show an accurate picture.
