I sell tempered glass cutting boards and I got this to display the boards. the spacing is too close for customers to see the boards and if I have portrait orientation on the boards, they fall through. Other wire setups provide better spacing and I can display portrait orientation. Also the feet knobs come off easy and without them they snag table cloths and make sidplay even more unstable.

it does the work it should, but a little flimsy. It was delivered without any protective wrap in a large box with other items that the 4 of small lubbers to cover the legs were missing, they were not in the shipping box.

using now good quality, easy to put the feet on. I bought to help organize a man who is a pile maker on his desk, and... he is actually filing now. At least a little better, we got theses so if we had to find something on his desk we at least have a chance.

The product itself was fine however it came just thrown in the Amazon shipping box with no protection and the metal rods were pressed together meaning I had to separate several of them to make the unit functional. Normally I would blame Amazon however in this case the manufacturer needs to do more to prevent this from happening as there would be no way to prevent it without better packaging. Once I separated the rods the item worked great.How I review:When I review a product said product automatically starts with four stars as I rarely will purchase anything below four stars. I then add and/subtract stars based on certain criteria as listed below.1. If an item is exactly what I expected and nothing more it will receive a four star rating2. If an item surpasses my expectations it will gain a star3. If an item goes slightly below my expectations it will lose a star4. If the instructions for the product (if needed) are poorly written (hard to understand due to language issues or grammar) or just too hard to follow it will lose a star no matter if the product meets or exceed my expectations5. If a product is significantly below my expectations I will deduct two stars6. It will be rare that I would give a product one star since I buy mostly items that have a 4+ rating but in rare instances there may be a good reason that even a four star product gets a one star rating from me. It could be because of customer service issues from the company but whatever the case is I will clearly explain my reason for giving a product only one star

This product was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. This item was just what I needed in my desk area. There is adequate room for full folders and they are spaced in a way that you can see each label. Very happy!

Exactly what I needed to organize file folders on my desk. Every label is visible with a quick glance. Holds full-sized (letter size) file folders. The silver color is a little nicer looking than the standard black that this comes in. Even though it's a tad pricey, this will last forever and I won't have to buy it again like I might if it was cheap/plastic.

This is exactly what it looks like in the photo and exactly what I was looking for. I place one standard manila file folder in each space and I can see the labels for each because of the step up design. This is a good way to keep your short-term work in progress organized and within easy view and reach; obviously not something for long-term filing or storage. The spaces are each 3/4", so it limits the thickness of the file folders you can place in each slot. I understand that another reviewer needed something with thicker slots, but that doesn't mean this is a bad product, just not a good choice for his particular needs. It was perfect for mine and I am very pleased with my purchase.
