Bought this to replace a one piece gasket that constantly leaked around front of pan & timing chain cover. Have not run the car to see if the new one cured the problem. Will try to update when the whether gets better and I start running it on the road again.

Fel-Pro 1818 worked out well as a replacement for a one-piece gasket that wouldn't stop leaking and was difficult to place. For some reason, the front seal on Fel-Pro 1818 was very tight and difficult to install versus the rear seal that kept falling off despite using an aviation gasket sealer. Certainly, installing this seal in cold weather upside down underneath the vehicle does not help the situation! Use a gasket sealant to try and hold the pieces in place, and, use rtv silicone in the corners. For the oil pan dipstick half moon notch, I did not use the supplied plastic washer; instead, I used a bead of rtv around that area.
