Installed between catalytic converter and back pipe with new aftermarket exhaust. Torqued to 60 ft lbs. No leaks.

The green material is rolled in and makes a very good seal. Made in Japan, OEM quality part like most Fel-Pro products. It solved the repeating leakage issue due to reusing the old gasket during a flex pipe repair on a Toyota Camry.
