I'm still not sure what gaskets you aren't getting by not buying a complete gasket set when you combine a Conversion Set with a Head Set. The only difference I can see is saving a couple hundred dollars.

I purchased this Timing Cover and Oil Pan gasket sets a couple months ago and all of them fit the engine and all it's parts great and have held up with not problems or leaks as of yet.
