Thank you Fel-Pro for making a kit that doesn't break the bank on an already expensive repair. Fel-Pro is the brand I would always turn to for my Camaro so I counted myself lucky when I saw they had an entire HG kit for my Miata. This kit literally has every seal and gasket you need for doing a head gasket repair. The kit felt quality and has not caused me problems since the repair. I have put about 2,000 miles on the car and have no leaks. The head gasket is similar to OEM and felt like it was just as quality. It is still a MLS gasket just like OEM. Some of them you don't have to use if you are smart about disassembly of the engine. I did not use the valve stem seals, intake manifold gasket, or valve cover gasket but I am sure they are quality. The seals/gaskets I did use did not leak, including the camshaft seals. These were the ones I was most worried about leaking but they worked great. On an unrelated note, obviously inspect/machine the head before replacing the HG, replace the timing belt, replace the water pump, and maybe replace the crankshaft seal while you have the engine apart. These are not included in the kit (nor are they claimed to be) so you must source those elsewhere. This kit really helped keep costs down and worked great so I give it a 5/5.
