These pens write great, but drys out extremely too fast. If you leave the cap off for over a minute, you will have to put the cap on an wait a while before using the pen again.

Was holding the pen to use and it leaked all over. Am scared to use another but will try. I liked the way it did write.

These pens are very smooth and comfortable to write with. The part with the rubber grip is reasonably slender, not feeling at all bulky, and the rubber section itself works well. It fits well in the hand and flows effortlessly across the page. The cap fits firmly at either end, and writing with the cap on or off the back end is fine either way; balance isn't thrown off.On the negative side: despite the claims otherwise, the ink is prone to bleeding through the page. In normal use it doesn't soak all the way through to the next page (usually, though there was exceptions), but unless it's thick paper it will definitely be seen through the back of the page strongly enough that you're not writing on both sides. Also, it's not as quick to dry as another pen I've tried from this brand, and it can be prone to smudging, but that was rare. One was also dead on first use. Some attrition is not uncommon and 1/8 isn't as bad as some, but it is an annoyance.Overall, despite being a possibility, bleed and smudging have not been significant problems for how I've been using these pens. Given their comfort, they've become the ones I reach for first in most cases.

They are surprisingly good for the low price. I just wish they are a bit thinner for my liking.

Smooth silky writing, no dry spots or streaks. Seem to last a long time I use the same one consistently everyday and haven’t noticed the ink running out at all so long lasting as well

We had someone, not the post office, stop at our mailbox last week. There was nothing in it at the time, but it's not something we like. When I heard about check washing, combined with that stop, I decided to start writing my checks with waterproof pens.

You know a pen is purely utilitarian when they print a barcode right on the pen itself! But apart from that cheapening aesthetic, these pens are great. A large ink reservoir (which is apparently refillable, but why bother for the price?), rubberized finger grip, and dark black ink that dries almost instantly. The large ink reservoir makes a retractable mechanism challenging, so these have a snap on cap that also fits securely on top while you're writing. Good value here if you are looking for a decent felt-tip pen.
