What is Needle Felting?
Needle Felting is the process of stabbing sheep's wool with a special needle to make 3D sculptures or flat pictures. The technique is fairly simple and easy to learn, especially with Felted Sky's high quality supplies. Each of our kits has a video tutorial that walks you through the whole project from start to finish.

Video Instructions
Each kit includes a link to video instructions. If you are new to needle felting, this is very helpful! You can use the instruction sheet with pictures of every step along side the video so that you can see what to do, each step of the way.

I received my "Christmas Ornaments" kit in just a few days, and everything for the project is provided. I love opening the box and seeing the supplies all laid out. I'm super excited to make these as gifts to give for the holiday. I have made other Felted Sky kits in the past, and I love them! It's wonderful to have easy instructions to follow, and to finish a project in a relatively short amount of time, (less than 5 hours, depending on the kit) and feel that sense of accomplishment. Needle felting is a wonderfully easy, relaxing and fun craft to do. I love working with the texture of wool. Felted Sky has wonderful high quality wool!

The packaging, the beautiful wool, and the easy-to-follow instructions are all of excellent quality! These Christmas ornaments are fun to make, and they also make great gifts or stocking stuffers. The printed instructions with pictures paired with the video tutorial make this project accessible even for a beginner. This is a great kit to learn how to needle felt!

I just ordered these to get an early start on the holiday season. The second my teenage daughter saw the box, she jumped right in to start making her first ornament. We both found the directions to be very understandable. The color and texture of the wools are so beautiful and soft. The ornament making process was very doable and we made gorgeous ornaments with ease that we are excited to hang on our tree. It is so nice to have these natural, soft, wool ornaments during our cozy holiday season. I also appreciated how Felted Sky is so eco-friendly and none of the packaging contained any plastic. I am so thrilled with this purchase!
