I had a hard time figuring out which way to put it on, but just reference the photo if you have the same issue. The straps are slightly adjustable. I would not recommend wearing this underneath other clothes/on bare skin because it is quite tight and left me super uncomfortable, itchy, and in pain by the end of the night. I had to rip them off in a public bathroom because of how painful it was, so I would only recommend these for use OVER clothes. For reference, I'm 5'5 and about 180 pounds with a pretty average balance of weight throughout my body. My thighs, butt, and lower stomach/upper pubic area are slightly bigger but these felt super binding in the thigh/leg area. I hope to wear these again without feeling uncomfortable. I do recommend this for smaller people though. Like 150-160 at most for size large. Other than that, the quality is fine.

The bands are stretchy so they fit snuggly on almost anyone I wore them to an ashnikko concert and I had no problems with them they are a pretty good quality.

i’m wearing this with one of my edc outfits and it’s so cute!!! however, i’m a size 12 (34” waist, 42” hips, 26” thighs) and i have all the straps as loose as they can go so i don’t look like a sausage in this thing. i wouldn’t recommend for anyone larger than a 12, but otherwise i love it!

It's a beauty. but for real, I had to look at the picture for some time to try and figure out how what I had in my hand equalled what I was seeing on Amazon. If you wear strappy stuff then you will have no problem... but this took some time.

I looveeeeee it!!!! I spent a long time looking for one that fits.. I’m a size 12 but the harness usually don’t fit my thighs … and this was was beautiful & cheap 😜😜😜
