Originally featured on Fender Custom Shop guitars, these tuning machines combine vintage looks and mounting style with all of the benefits of contemporary-style locking tuning machines.
Package includes six-in-line design nickel-plated steel locking tuning machines, bushings, and mounting screws.
Gear ratio: 1:15.
Vintage-style screw spacing mounting - 15/16" (23.8 mm).
Bushings: Internal diameter is 11/32" (8.8 mm). External diameter is 14/32" (11 mm)
Can be retrofitted to nearly any Fender guitar (US or Mexico) using vintage-style tuning machines with 15/16" mounting spacing.

This product received 5 stars for its quality. I wouldn't expect anything else from Fender and am rarely disappointed. But if I could rate Fender's product info I'd give it 1 star. These tuners are a case in point. They are designed to mimic Fender's vintage-style tuners. That means the string posts are 8.9mm, not the more common and modern 10mm. If your guitar headstock is drilled for 10mm posts, as most are, you'll need to purchase mounting adapters. Fender has a very annoying habit of posting one, often not very clear photo, and very little else by way of specifications. But they do make great products and these shipped quickly.

The tuners look the part, the one thing that was not good is the fact that they are very stiff. I thought perhaps they needed some lubricant, but even that was only a little help. The locking system works well, it’s a little awkward getting the strings off. The lock screws can be very tight and you will need something strong to get it to release. I was hoping the guitar pic would work. Unfortunately you need a screwdriver.

Good product, feels strong. It's a improvement for my Squier Classic Vibe 50s.Edit: after installed it seems they are not that strong. The posts bent towards the nut. I've completely installed it, bushings included, and I have no idea how to solve it.Edit2: just de-installed. Didn't like them. Unfortunately there's no way to send it back, because I bought it when I was visiting the US, now I'm back to Brazil.
