Loved the product but unfortunately I couldn't use it right away as my 94 Tele didn't have the adjustable type pickup for the neck so I'll just save it for another mod. Excellent quality as I prefer the parchment type white pickguards and this one is Genuine Fender. It's only a 2 ply (white top, black bottom) so if you want a 3 ply make sure you look for that type. Some prefer the 3's as opposed to the 2's or 1 ply.Shipped without so much as a scratch on it and it will look gorgeous on another Tele that does have an adjustable neck pickup. All the set holes are perfectly aligned for a Fender Tele. Make sure if you're using it for an off-brand type you check your mounting and pickup adjustment holes before you try to install it. Some brands such as Harley Benton and others have different dimensions that won't line up with the preset holes on these pickguards. In that case you may be better off getting a blank with no holes drilled at all so you can do your own to dimension.

The aged moto pearl finish made my old 94 MIM Telecaster young again.Your results may vary, but this pickguard was a tight fit on my guitar. The screw holes didn't seem to line up initially, so I took the neck off before installation. Thankfully, there were no issues reseating the neck after the pickguard was screwed down into place.Extra tip: Don't forget to remove the transparent film before installation. The film is somewhat thick and very well attached, so it may go unnoticed. If you don't remove the film, your pickguard will eventually have more bubbles than smartphone screen with a cheap screen protector. It's okay to pick at the edges a bit until it starts to peel. Once the film is removed, you'll really see why it's worth going with a genuine Fender part.

I purchased this for my Squier Telecaster, took very little fitting to make it work perfect. I purchased the Tele from Amazon also, after many reviews I realized the only string thru Squier was offered in the Tele package they sell. I bought it for the body, replaced all the electronic's, pickups, pots, switch, plug. I now have a great sounding and looking Telecaster. For 1/4 the price of a pure Fender Tele. Couldn't be more pleaded with both Amazon and Fender products.
