When dry you can't even tell that the hooves are polished. A waste of money.

With most hoof polish, the dauber is big enough to hold LOTS of polish, so that you can simply swipe along the top of the hoof and the excess runs smoothly down to coat the rest of the hoof. The dauber with this product, however, is too small to do that. You end up having to swipe the dauber over the hoof multiple times to evenly coat the surface of the hoof, and that action makes the polish bubble. I was hoping that the bubbles would go away as the polish dried, but they did not. Maybe I'll try applying with a small paintbrush next time, but then what do I do with a paintbrush covered with hoof polish when I'm at a show hurriedly trying to get ready?
