Nice filters for the price. They fit the size I needed. My box was pretty beat up from shipping and one of my filters was squished. The company replied quickly and sent a whole new box to replace the one. Excellent customer service.

The product was great, I have bought before so nothing had changed. The package was delivered a bit mangled. The product is usable but a bit of better packaging maybe a stronger box. Everyone understand how abusive that UPS & FEDEX are to the packages during transit.

I liked the fact that after multiple attempts to find the right A/C filter that we needed for new rental , including the wrong one installed by rental agency contractors that started this chain reaction of AAAAGHH...two trips to reputable hardware store.. for two sizes of filter...one order from Amazon with next size up..(still wrong size) cheerfully refunded ...Then we got on a step up and again measured the gigantic opening this time much more carefully and ordered again and in a flash the delivery came and with fingers crossed instantly installed the absolute correct filter 25"×32"×1"...Issues with my health kept me from doing it right the previous attempts and my friend who could of helped me with this was out of town helping someone else with their own issues ...If the rental company's a/c contractor would have just installed the correct filter in the hard to get at ceiling opening before we moved in and I had actually been able to open the screen instead of relying on seeing the size in the grate opening I would have realized that they had jury rigged the screen with a 25"×25"×1 & a second filter cut down to make up a not so good tight fit.
