My vacuum was a bit smelly and rinsing the filters wasn't cutting it. They're so thick that water doesn't flow through them so it doesn't do much to remove the dust etc. inside. I thought replacement filters would be relatively expensive like they are in most industries... surprised that these are so reasonable. You can see the difference between the freshly rinsed/cleaned used filters and the new ones in the pics. Should be a simple swap. They seem to be the same materials and quality as the OEM parts. The only way I'll be able to know is through use so I'll update this review if they don't work as well as the originals.My only complaint is that there is a plastic flange that secures the main filter into the upright part of the vacuum. It was designed too close to the filter and doesn't catch the latch on the vacuum so it doesn't "click in" to stay installed. I tried both filters and they both had the same issue. The fix for me was to pry the flange outward (without breaking it) to try and get the plastic "memory" to default to wider so it would click in. It worked and it stayed in. Once it's in it should stay since the airflow will be sucking it into position anyhow. If this doesn't work I'll update the review as well. Lost a star because of this workaround but if these work well I'll be happy to replace my filters every few months with them instead of hopelessly rinsing the old ones.

I needed to replace the 2 foam filters in my Shark Model LA-555. They are stacked on top of each other and accessible when you remove the cannister to empty the vacuum debris. We recently had wallboard work done in the house, which created a lot of “construction dust”… Finer than baby powder and sticks to everything! I’ve been vacuuming the ceiling, walls, and floors to remove the dust, so I wasn’t too surprised to see how much the foam pads had accumulated.These replacement foam pads fit perfectly and from the description, it appears to fit several other Shark vacuum models as well. I carefully removed the dirty pads, wiped the hard plastic vacuum surfaces down with a damp towel and dried before inserting the two new foam pads.I wasn’t sure if the HEPA filter, that was included in the package, needed to be changed too, so I did the “air filter” test by holding both up to a light. Yes, it did indeed need a HEPA filter change too.Now the vacuum has its original suction power with the new, clean pads.I’m so happy to have found this quality replacement!

We recently bought a Shark Navigator vacuum cleaner. The vacuum works great but with the pollen in the air and the fact we have two dogs, filters get dirty quite often. I found these on Amazon and decided to give them a try. The work just as well as the name brand at a fraction of the price. The pictures I have in my review will show they are the same filter. Our vacuum takes the filters model LA360. The HEPA filter snaps in exactly as the OEM filters do. The foam filter does as well and is washable. We typically wash them about once a week and allow them to dry and place a new foam filter in the vacuum. There are two HEPA filters and four foam filters in this package.

Finally given the correct filters that fit my shatk vacuum...they work wonderful so if you need new filter make sure your looking at size and model # because not all the filters are correct for your model # but says it will fit. Packaged great fit perfectly. Thank you !!
