One of the canisters leaks, no resolution at this point. The seller said to check seals, I got new ones from simple chuck and still leaks. Very frustrated at this point on such an expensive item and slow/poor service. Stay away buyer beware.

Does she really good job at giving you spot free water and very portable but... very expensive to buy replacement filters.

I purchased a simple chuck and live in Honolulu Hawaii. Now on their website it says "Due to increased shipping costs, this program is no longer available for Hawaii and Alaska customers." I got through one set of resin and called for service. The customer service manager Linda was very unpleasant and curt, saying things like "I don't know what you expect from us. If you're willing to pay the shipping costs then we will sell it to you. Do you want to pay the shipping costs?" The Simple Chuck system is sold with the idea of filter exchanges. Linda wasn't at all sympathetic to my predicament and ensured, with her attitude, that I won't be buying anything from Simple Chuck or CR Spotless

Haven't used a chamois or a squeegee since I got this system! Works on the hardest water. Boats, Cars, and RVs dry in the sun with no spots. My young people come home just to use it. I'm gonna start charging a fee soon, so they will get their own!
