I got this mainly for the black mist filter, but the other filters are useful too.I am noticing a slight colour shift when using the ND filters, but nothing too terrible and that's fairly common with ND filters anyway, unless you spend an absolute fortune. This set represents good value for money , I'd say, unless you're doing ultra critical work. I wouldn't use them for professional product photography, for example, but for me as a hobbyist they're fine.The black mist filter is quite subtle (which I like) although it's more useful when there is lower light and some kind of highlight in a scene. It just takes the edge of the digital sharpness.The CPL filter is fiddly to use, but it does work. With something so small it's bound to be a bit fiddly and I have fat finger syndrome anyway! I'm a bit clumsy with things like this so that's not really a criticism of the actual filter.I mainly use a CPL to cut through window reflections anyway, although it can improve colour in sunny conditions.Overall, if you want some extra flexibility when filming with your Osmo, this is a nice kit with plenty in it to cover a ton of eventualities.

The Black Mist Filters Kit for DJI Osmo Pocket 3 Accessories earned a well-deserved 5-star rating from me. Crafted with impressive quality and detail, it significantly elevates my photography game. It gives a beautiful softening effect to footage without losing quality. The black mist filter, especially, improves contrast and reduces unappealing light flares. This product comes inside a cardboard box; once opened, you'll see the set of ND filters. As of reviewing this product, it is priced at £39.99 - I believe this is of value.The product fits quite well, is functional, and is very high quality. Each ND filter has a different effect or purpose. My favourite is the black mist filter, which gives people a much softer hue in videos and/or photos. I also like the CPL filter, which minimises reflections (Especially in water).The product fits the Osmo pocket 3 very well and easily.I would recommend this product.

I'm really happy with this filter kit. The filters look and feel well made. I like that they have the aluminum frame instead of plastic. The filters mount via magnetic attachment. They feel secure once mounted, and I have no doubt they will stay put during regular use. I like the inclusion of the 1/4 Black Mist filter in this set. This adds some versatility to the set, which you usually don't get with a regular ND filter set. Overall, I'm very happy with these filters. They're good filters that perform well, and the $39.99 listed price is very reasonable.

Great set of filters.I love this set of filters. They seem high quality. The case is all right, maybe not my favorite, but it works and keeps them safe.The filters all seem good, the polarizing filter works as you would expect. It's not the easiest to turn it, but doable with a fingernail.There is no weird color cast with the ND filters. They worked just fine. They all attach well and do not fall off.The black mist filter fits into the spot on the cover of the camera.I have attached with, and without the black mist filter in the photos. The black mist filter ones are softer. I'm not sure how it compares with the name brand, but there's some examples that you can see what it looks like.

Initially I didn’t really think I could improve on footage from Osmo Pocket 3. This (especially for the cost at under £40) has improved it even more though, in terms of options, and lovely to try out and use the different filters. This kit is aimed at making things moody/softer/hazier…. and it does just that. If you want to achieve a slightly dreamlike quality or a more romantic sort of cinematic look with your Osmo, this is ideal.A really magical set of filters. They come nicely packaged, and stick to your camera (with the power of impressively strong magnets) and don’t cause the gimbal to have a hissyfit. Additionally, there are no annoying, odd colour shifts, no vignetting, you just get just quality clean filtering..The black mist filter is my absolute favourite, which I suspected it would be. If bought separately, it would cost more than this whole filter set. The CPL filter also does a pretty good job of getting rid of water shine and reflections (handy if you accidently film yourself in a shop window 🙄)If you want to improve and get more options with Pocket 3 shots (without spending ridiculous amounts), this is worth getting. Unless you hate filters for some reason, this set is great value, easy to use and superb (unexpectedly good) results. 👍🏻

This is a quality set of five magnetically-attaching filters for the Pocket 3. The kit includes a 1/4 black diffusion filter, an ND16, ND64, ND256 filters plus a circular polarizing filter. That provides lots of options for changing light conditions and for softening images.Most of the filters are designed to reduce light input and can be very useful to introduce blur for special effects or for bright or harsh lighting conditions. The circular polarizing filter works great to reduce glace on shiny objects or on water while the 1/4 black diffusion/mist filter is designed to soften images which comes in handy for portrait type photography and videography.The filters are packaged in foam in a 3.5" x 3.25" locking plastic case and optically they seem perfect. One thing that could be improved is the labeling for each of the filters. Each filter has a label on only one side in small lettering and its very difficult to quickly select the filter I'm looking for at a glance. I would like to see a color scheme, possibly with lines/dots so that I would know at a glance which filter I'm looking for.Bottom Line: These are quality filters that provide nice options for various lighting conditions. Optically they are fine and I think they are a great value. I'd like to see a better labeling system to make it easier to distinguish one from another.

Good quality set. Love the thin carrying case that it comes with. I think it’s just as good as any other set that you’ll get. The fixed NDs are good for day to day shooting and the magnets are strong. It doesn’t hinder the motor and it can be shut down with the filter on the camera. Perfect

I want to preface this review by saying I am by no means a video nor photography expert.I chose to get a set of these to help me improve and learn more about how cameras work to get better footage overall.All appear to be made of high quality material and are robust. The magnets, although not ridiculously strong, have enough of a hold to the camera that they won't fall off outside of extreme movement, which, I wouldn't expect anyone to impose on this camera during day to day use.It comes with a wide range of ND strengths that cover just about 99% of situations as well as a black mist and circular polarizing filter. Both of which I doubt I'd ever use since one produces a cartoonish like soft image and the other requires constant adjustment of the polarizer that I just wouldn't want to hassle with.The rest of the filters can be used accordingly depending on the lighting conditions.They seem to work and give my footage that extra clarity from what I can tell but then again, like I said, I'm still learning so I'm by no means knowledgeable enough to see or point out major differences.Placing them on the camera itself is easy enough since they are magnetic. You do have to align the lens so that it sits on the camera and isn't off center. It doesn't just attach and automatically align unless you're careful.I do like that they all come in a compact carrying case. They are all thin enough that they do fit into the slots in the Pocket's protective case as well.All in all for just under $40 I think these are on par with just about any other set of the same lenses from other manufacturers.I'll be sure to update anything glaring after more usage in the future.

Very happy with this purchase, especially since I had a discount applied 😊 they’re great quality, good magnets but easy to remove with a little twist, you can stack them too. Big thumbs up from me. Only issue is the box is tricky to open, but that could be my fingers as I have arthritis.

The Black Mist and the ND 256 are the highlights of this set and not usually included in a non specialty set. I found the filters a bit hard to grip, even more so than most Pocket 3 filters, and dropped them often. CPL was pretty easy to adjust but care has to be taken to turn just the wheel and not push the lens off. The case is nothing to write home about but does it's job. I think they are a good quality set but wish they had more grippy edges.
