Bought two locks and they both stopped working when it got cold, I’m in Alabama. Can’t get in touch with the manufacturer. Waste of money

Product is nice, but be careful with the online setup, the QR code is a fraud, do not scan the QR code go to app store directly and download app.

I’ve had this lock for 2 year, I’ve had various smart locks and this one has given me the most problem. Doesn’t read the finger print correctly. We reset it various time and they same problem. Now the pin broke and we couldn’t unlock the door.

I purchased this door lock over Yale and other premium brands due to the aesthetics and features it came with.For the first 6+ months, I was happy with my purchase.The app is a bit slow, and the finger prints reader isn't super responsive, but me and my wife both loved the lock.However, about 2 weeks ago, beginning of April, I twisted the door lock knob to unlock my front door and the knob came off. It seemed like a tiny magnet was missing. I tried my best to fix it and reattach the knob, but it would not stay on.So I reached out to Geonfino customer service center.They first responded right away.I asked them if they could send me a replacement as it is under 1 year warranty. I also asked them to ship it as soon as possible since we are not able to lock the front door from outside. We are currently using garage door to get in and out.They initially told me that the fastest shipping would take within 1-3 business days.I received an email from them on April 2nd, when they said they will notify me once the replacement is shipped.It's been more than a week and yet they still haven't sent me a notification nor any type of response.I was able to get a hold of them over a phone call and I was met with unprofessional female representative who was keep talking to someone next to her. She wasn't able to speak English very well and couldn't really understand what I was telling her. She said she will call me back the next day after talking with the manager. I haven't received a follow up call from her or from Geonfino.As of now, I am still with a broken front door lock that can only lock once you are inside.I am very dissatisfied with their product quality, and their poor customer service.I will see how they handle this matter and update my review.So for those who are considering this product as their front door lock, I ask you to think twice. And maybe invest a little more for well-known and reliable brands like "Yale" or "Kwik" locks.
