The box it came in was a hot mess, but thankfully, the sauna works great! I'm really happy with it, especially since it’s portable. I’ve been using it more often now that it’s cold outside and I have a large screened-in back porch. It’s the perfect way to stay warm and relax!

This sauna is very easy to set up and is a must have if you live in a small space and have no real room for a big one. It's portable and that means the world to me because I have a 500 sq ft apartment with few amenities. I will be honest, though, I didn’t know what to expect but I certainly wasn't expecting anything this nice or well made. It is high quality!The original product picture is misleading in that it shows it's taller than the woman standing next to it. It is only 53 inches tall which is about 4.5 feet so you will be required to sit. Furthermore, if you're a big girl like me, you'll want to find another chair. I did not feel safe sitting on the chair but if you're a thin person it will work fine for you, I’m sure. I'm not going to rate poorly due to my own size, lol.This steam pot this comes with puts off an incredible amount of steam and I wasn't expecting that. I like leaving it on for a while with the front of the tent open to work like a bit of a humidifier in my home. I have been able to tell a huge difference in my face just because of all the sweat I have lost. A lot of it is that my pores are being effectively drained by sweating but my sinuses seem to have gone down quite a bit as well. It really is a nice luxury to have and you can take it anywhere since it packs up nicely. I love this thing and I can't recommend it enough.

I was cautiously optimistic about this sauna; considering the price, I was thinking it was too good to be true. My wife has been wanting to try out a sauna, so at this price point I figured it was worth a try. After trying it out, I was happily surprised with how well it worked. The chair…I’m a bigger guy at 6’ 5” and 250lbs, so the chair is undersized for me. As some other reviews noted, this is a steam sauna and not an infrared sauna. Heat up time varies based on ambient temperature. I’ll probably eventually look to build a two person infrared sauna, but this is a great alternative.

This is an excellent steam sauna. It takes a while to get started, especially in the middle of winter, so I'd give it a good 15 minutes or so before getting in. The tent itself is well insulated. It has pockets! There are windows that unzip, which makes drying the sauna out between uses faster. There is a chair but it only really works if you're on the shorter side. I'm pretty short, closer to 5 ft, but I still like to sit cross-legged in the tent instead of up on the chair. It feels roomier that way. Also you're right next to the steam vent as the steam comes in.The sauna heater has a remote control so you don't have to get out if you want to change the settings. That's convenient when I'm in the sauna and need to change the temperature but I don't want to get out to do so. It's so cold and dry outside right now. I want to live in my little warm steam room.Lastly, this isn't an infrared sauna. It uses heated steam. Maybe the remote control uses infrared? I think someone got confused when writing the description of this sauna.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to unpack and assemble. The sauna itself is lightweight and collapsible and pops up like a dream. First set up took about 10 minutes in the living room floor, then another 10 minutes before it was ready to us. It heats up fairly quickly and produces plenty of heat. First portable sauna we have owned and my husband and I were both pleasantly surprised that it worked as well as it does. It exceeded our expectations and is a purchase I would recommend if you are looking for a portable sauna.

Overall, it is really nice to sit and relax in the sauna. It heats up pretty quickly on level 9, as long as the hoses are not kinked. If the hoses do get kinked, the steam release on the steamer unit does work well and makes a different kind of sound than pushing the steam into the sauna. The steamer outlet is supposed to sit upside down from what I considered normal. I put the wide side down the first time, then saw on the instructions that it is supposed to be narrow side down. It worked well either way, but it heated up the seat a lot more when upside down. It would be nice if it were a little taller, but the included chair makes it about the right height. It would also be nice to have windows on all of the sides to see what is going on outside. With the location of the door and connector, one of the windows is against a wall and the other has the view of the side of a cabinet.Running it at level 9 for a few minutes is enough to pre-heat the whole sauna, then bumping it down to 6-8 works well for most of us, depending on how long we want to sit. Even the kids like it to warm up after being outside in the cold, 5 minutes at 5-6 works well for them to get the chill off.

This should be a 10 star review! The design and craftsmanship are flawless and the price was incredible. It is so easy to assemble and use and packaged very well. It works super and I am very pleased with the purchase 😀
