Much to big for a 5 lb extinguisher, don't like the strap ties over quick disconnect system.

I like this fire extinguisher mount because it can be mounted just about anywhere in the home where you have a solid stud in the wall. The straps on the mount help keep your extinguisher in place and very secure. I got this mount for my home garage and it looks and works great as an extinguisher wall mount.

This is a sturdy mount with quick release straps. As long as the extinguisher you use is not too heavy, it will be strong enough to hold even in a moving vehicle. I plan on using it in my kitchen. The entire unit will be compact and easily fit into a corner out of sight.

So happy with this wall holder. It is built very well, heavy weight metal that I feel confident that it can hold a larger extinguisher than I need. I could not figure out how many pounds my extinguisher actually was and if the poundage meant actual poundage or was it pounds of pressure. So, in order to see if this would work, I measured the base of my current extinguisher and knew it would fit in the base of this wall mount. There is room in this base for a larger unit. This particular unit is going in our garage on the wall. Look, my attitude is safety first and I would want an extinguisher to be clearly available and not in a cabinet or behind stuff on a shelf. This mount keeps it off the floor and the clips are easy to remove when and if the extinguisher is needed. I plan to put one in my utility room also.

Very well built fire extinguisher holder. Nice quick release buckles. Solid construction and high quality materials. The description threw me off , "Matched with 5-Pound Fire Extinguisher" sounds like it includes a fire extinguisher. Upon arrival I learned this doesn't come with a fire extinguisher, its only the bracket. I think the seller should remove this text as it is borderline deceptive IMO. To be fair. In the small print description details it does state that "Package includes a fire extinguisher holder and stainless steel screw assembly." But this is at the very bottom of the item details. Lesson learned, I will read the details closer in the future.

This installed quite easy and seems to do the job just fine. It's a little less substantial than we thought it would be, but again, does the job.

I have been looking for safe and secure storage for my 10 lb. CO2 fire extinguisher and I have found it in this robust bracket. As seen in the photos there are two strong, quick release straps holding the extinguisher in place securely against the bracket. The bracket also has a strong bottom plate and the spine of the bracket is stout. This is just a test location as it will move to a vehicle soon. I am confident that this bracket will be able to take the pounding of traveling over public roads and keep my extinguisher safe and secure yet ready at hand in case of emergency.

Came wrapped tight with plastic, hardest part of install was removing it.Recommend good pair of scissors.Drywall anchors are kinda meh, they'll do for now though.At least I got the thing off the ground now.
