The only issue I had with this fire table was getting it lit the first time, and I blame the instructions, not the product! The company worked with me to figure out the problem, but I eventually solved it by watching a YouTube video. The shipment came in 2 boxes on 2 separate days, but overall was pretty quick. It’s a great looking table as well. My favorite part is the slide out drawer for the propane tank so I don’t have to struggle with it.

This fire table is a beautiful focal piece on our deck. Easy to assemble, it’s great to be able to light this up for a nice evening outside. The low setting allows you to have the light and effect without throwing off too much heat in the warm summer months. Rather than use the round marble glass that came with the table we bought a 10 pound bag of broken glass chips to use in the burner area that we liked better.

I researched so many gas fire pits and am so glad I ordered this one. We have had it for 2 months now. My husband put it together by himself. No problems. Love the roll out feature to access the propane tank. It looks beautiful in daytime and in evening when lit. Glass top is easy to clean. I live in PA and have kept it uncovered at times in good weather. No fading. I do cover it with cover provided and with a piece of cardboard laid over wind glass to prevent rain water from gathering. So worth the price. So relaxing to sit by in the evenings. Can’t wait to use it more this Fall.

I don't know how long that products like this fire table have been around, but it's a great addition to your patio or backyard setup. We used to roast marshmallow's over a little charcoal grill. That's problematic in many ways...smoke, cleanup, etc. This is super convenient like our gas grill. It also creates a little heat and light that makes hanging out on the patio in the evening enjoyable and easy. It was very easy to assemble and everything fit properly. For the cost, this is a great purchase and I'm extremely pleased with it!

Arrived sooner than expected. Once put together the table is beautiful. I love the glass top, glass wind shield and blue stones. Took me about 2 1/2 hrs to assemble, some steps harder than others ( like brackets, double heat pan, screwing igniter plate and the glass wind shield ). Very sturdy. Gave 4 stars over all due to assembly time and that we have to play with the gas flow and igniter button to light it. Overall, love it and have enjoyed it many times already.

Once the fire pit was up and running, all is good, however, assembly was somewhat confusing as it was mostly all illustrations and sometimes what text there was referred to parts by name, and we were left to figure out what was being referred to.( although we did !) Also thought the diagrams were a little small.The most frustrating was the aaa battery. Although the directions say you need to supply the battery, none of the four of us could find anywhere instructions that said you have to unscrew the ignition button to install the battery. We did stumble on this and got it done.Once assembled the fire pit starts easily and is very attractive.

Bought this fire pit for my husband for Xmas. It was beautiful and matched perfectly with our current outdoor furniture, however, the top glass panel was rcvd with 2 chips in it. Left a message for seller Xmas day with photos and got a response next day that they would replace it no problem. They sent a replacement glass panel after the holidays and we couldn’t be happier with this fire pit. Looks gorgeous. We did have to purchase a separate pack of glass chips to help cover the metal flame part, based on another reviewer’s advice…..it worked perfectly and we love it. 5stars for customer service and product look/quality.We chose this model because, based on other fire pits and other models, the common thread was that the metal surface part discolored and became patchy after weather exposure etc. the top part of this firepit is glass, therefore there will be no tarnishing or discoloring etc.The only negative is that the cover we rcvd with the firepit is NOT water proof. It may be water resistant but it certainly is not water proof. We laid a thick mil plastic sheet over our firepit and then a sheet of paper towels, then put the cover on. The paper towels were soaked and there was a pool of water on top of the plastic sheet. So we are going to have to re-think how to protect it.

Assembly took us (recommend you have 2 people) 1 hour and 38 minutes.Assembly instructions are pictures, no written instructions.Picture 1 is wrongPart "T" is too long, had to buy 2 locking washers to tighten handles to glass lid.No extra parts were provided, but exactly enough was included.Assembly steps towards the end are iffy but you can figure out what to do.You need to buy a "AAA" battery and a ready-to-grill Blue Rhino tank already filled with propane without exchanging an empty tank, you will need a Phillips screwdriver and a metric hex wrench set as the installation tool provided will not allow you to reach everything you need to tighten.Lighting directions are iffy, need to turn the large knob to low and then press the ignite knob to ignite, short panic on our part!Dreaded the assembly but it went way better than expected!
